A team of Scotiabank employees noticed Vaughan’s tree canopy wasn’t as lush or healthy as it could be. With the help of Scotiabank colleagues here in our community and support from Mayor Maurizio Bevilacqua, Toronto and Region Conservation Foundation and the City of Vaughan the Scotiabank Branching Out program was created.
With already over 500 trees planted adding to the clean air and health of our city, and more to be planted this year – the program, and more importantly, the city of Vaughan will continue to thrive in the years to come.
